1 oz Aphroditea Syrup*
1/2 oz lemon juice
Top with sparkling wine
rose petal garnish
Preparation: In a bar tin add gin, Aphrodite syrup, lemon juice and shake vigorously with ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass, top with sparkling wine + rose petals. Cheers!
