Try this recipe before the frost….


Cassis Sparkler

.25 ounce Giffard Cassis Noir De Bourgogne

.5 ounce lavender simple syrup

.5 ounce fresh pressed lemon juice

Top with sparkling wine. (Preferably a Petillant Naturel like Morphos American Sparkling Wine )

Garnish with fennel fronds
